I’m on vacation with my family, and this is the last full day we are here. I believe we are going ice-skating. I have so much I’d like to write — such sweet encouragement from the Lord — that I just don’t have the time to at the moment.
Even as I type, there is one daughter begging to use my scarf, another throwing a temper tantrum, and a son stealing kisses. This mama is needed, and this mama has needs. So many needs she feels and knows she cannot meet, and it weighs heavy.
This is life, and in this life, all of our life, all of our days we must know — we do not have a High Priest who is out of touch with our reality. There is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to His eyes, even our pain, and He lives to make intercession for us. (Heb 4:13, Heb 7:25)

This is foremost on my heart and mind. This, you and I must know as we go through our first day of the new year, and into all the others.
Jesus prays for you and I, today.
