I am an Introvert

I found this on Facebook, but I have no one to credit.

I am an introvert. Discovering this about myself and understanding what it means, helps other parts of my life make sense.

Learning, that as an introvert, I need time alone to re-energize and re-charge, has been most beneficial to this busy mama.


In the book, How We Love Our Kids, I learned:


“Introverts can become anxious when drained of energy from activities and interactions, gain energy from private times and need space to be alone.”


I express my need for space to my family. Through dialogue, they have come to understand this time I crave is time I need. When I have had it, it helps me be the best wife and mama to them that I can be. Click to continue reading …
