Wondrous Grace {Final Audio} & Shame wants us to hide…

Grace says, “COME.”

He knows pain. He walked where we walk. He is One who can sympathize with our weakness. He lives to make intercession for me, praying to the Father on my behalf. |Hebrews 7:25| JESUS prays for me today. He sustains me. I am His.

You are His.

Knees to the floor, hardwood pressing — cares of this world, pressing. Weeping over the living words on the delicate thin pages of the most powerful book in the universe — I am in His Presence. I lift my eyes from the Book, and I see. I see thick dust collected in a hidden place I missed. The glory of Heaven meets the dirt of the earth, right where I am — in my mess on my dusty floor. I read His perfect promise in the words that cleanse my imperfect soul. I pray again the prayer I pray so often and so fervently.

If this is the life I am given to live,

I want You in every part of it,

especially the messy parts.

I work as unto the Lord. I nurture. I train. I teach. I serve. I wash. I dry. I dust as unto the Lord, and even that, I do imperfectly. I see this spot must have been collecting dust for months. But it is okay, because while I am here, I turn to face Him. In His Presence, He is washing me. He is changing me from glory to glory. I wonder, why so often do I bypass the great gift that God gave me and hide in shame, when all along I am told plain — I am called by Him to go through the veil?

And so, dear brothers and sisters,  we can boldly ENTER heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus. By His death, Jesus opened a new and life-giving way THROUGH THE VEIL into the Most Holy Place. And since we have a great High Priest who rules over God’s house, let us go right INTO the Presence of God with sincere hearts fully trusting him. For our guilty consciences have been sprinkled with Christ’s blood to make us clean, and our bodies have been WASHED with pure water.

Hebrews 10:19-22 (NLT)

In His Presence we are changed, as we allow Him.

Our lives are gradually becoming brighter

and more beautiful as God enters them

and we become like Him.”

2 Corinthians 3:18 (MESSAGE)
